Penn Placed Under Arrest, Charges Pending

Unknown whether charges have been filed against teen son of actor Sean Penn
Sixteen year old Penn, son of actors Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn was placed under arrest at his Malibu high school last week according to RadarOnline. It is unknown whether charges have been filed against the teen. The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department cannot release information due to the fact that Penn is a minor.
Penn was taken into custody during school hours according to a source at the L.A. County Sheriff’s office. He was released soon after and back at home with his family.
The Penn family is currently experiencing difficult times. Sean and Robin are proceeding with their divorce having filed twice and withdrew both times. The August divorce papers were not withdrawn and the actress has made it clear there will be no reconciliation. The two have appeared amicable at public functions together.
