Rihanna Premieres "Wait Your Turn" Video
Rihanna's newest single, "Wait Your Turn," from the forthcoming album R Rated, which drops the week of Nov. 23 is now accompanied with a video, which premiered today, Nov. 3.
The clip opens with shots of Rihanna wearing an eye patch, a high-necked jacket and garters as she repeats the song's refrain: "the wait is ova," which cleverly introduced the release of her first single, "Russian Roulette."
Director Anthony Mandler, who has collaborated with 10 videos with the artist, shot both the "Russian Roulette" and "Wait Your Turn" videos.
Many fans think musical sensation Rihanna has been dropping some subliminal bombs about the assault case with ex Chris Brown in February on her forthcoming album R Rated.
With lyrics like: "I pitch with a grenade/ Swing away if you're feeling brave/ There's so much power in my name ... I'm such a fragile lady/ You don't have to be so afraid" does that thought really seem too farfetched?
"Wait Your Turn" leaked onto the Internet days before the premiere Diane Sawyers exclusive interview. The Barbados beauty finally broke her silence about the February assault case between herself and ex Chris Brown.
