4-Nov-2009
Written by: Matthew Livi

Eagles running back Brian Westbrook says he’s recovered from his concussion and is ready to face the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday.

Eagles vs. Bucs
Philadelphia Eagles running back Brian Westbrook is expected to play Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys, reports the Canadian Press. Westbrook suffered a concussion against the Washington Redskins on Oct. 26 and missed the Eagles victory Sunday over the New York Giants.
According to the Miami Herald, Westbrook has missed two games this season. Aside from last Sunday’s game, Westbrook also missed a game in week three against the Kansas City Chiefs. The 30-year-old Pro Bowl running back is not having one of his best seasons. In five games this year, Westbrook has rushed for only 197 yards and has 130 yards receiving.
