Sandra Bullock in Custody Battle Against Husband's Ex.
Janine Lindemulder appeared on Good Morning America to request her daughter back from Sandra Bullock.
Sandra Bullock's husband is in a custody battle against his ex-wife for their daughter, E! Online reported.
Janine Lindemulder, mother of 5-year-old Sunny James, had been spending six months in jail for tax evasion while Bullock and husband, Monster Garage' host Jesse James, had sole custody of the child.
Lindemulder appeared on ABC's "Good Morning America" asking Bullock to give her a chance at parenting her daughter.
In the past Lindemulder had claimed Bullock wanted to keep Sunny since she could not bear children of her own, a statement which Bullock said was false.
Known for her appearance in the Blink-182 music video "What's My Age Again," Lindemulder has appeared in pornography videos and has had problems with drug and alcohol usage. Problems which mean that Bullock and James state Lindemulder is not fit to care for Sunny as she has, in the past, fallen asleep from drug use while alone with the child.
