From Vampire to Ghost, Ashley Greene Continues To Walk Among The Undead

"Twilight" star goes from being the monster to running from them.
If actress Ashley Greene doesn't watch out, she may have a hard time playing an actual human in the future. Alice Cullen from the vampire-love hit Twilight, Greene is in talks to star in The Apparition, a supernatural horror flick from Dark Castle Entertainment. The movie will be in company of such thrillers as Orphan and Whiteout. Todd Lincoln is on as director.
Maybe the news heading was too harsh, as Greene does play a human in this story about a couple haunted by a ghostly presence released during a college experiment gone wrong. But, depending on the tone of the movie, this could just be the beginning of a spiral for Greene with eventual type-casting as a horror-movie beauty and nothing more.
With Lincoln on the script and a story supposedly based on real events, there is a hope that The Apparition will be a little more serious than a 100-year-old vampire falling for his favorite dish. As for Greene's acting, it's hard to call based off her total of three sentences from Twilight. Time will tell and shooting is scheduled for Feb. 1.
