Sandra Bullock In A Bitter Porn Star Battle

Most people love Sandra Bullock for her funny roles and romantic comedies, but Bullock is dealing with a serious situation.

The actress is married to biker and "Monster Garage" star Jesse James and is locked in a custody battle with Janine Lindemulder, James's ex-wife, for her five-year-old daughter.

In court documents, Bullock, 45, and James, 40, claim Lindemulder is an unfit mother. They accuse Lindemulder, who is married to a convicted felon, of falling asleep after drug binges.

Lindemulder, 40, has appeared in over 100 adult movies and was recently released from jail for tax evasion, according to the New York Daily News' Web site.

Now that Lindemulder has been released from jail, she plans on putting up a fight. The porn star insists that she's a changed woman on "Good Morning America."

"Yes, I have absolutely made horrific choices in the past," Lindemulder said. "I've had my share of drugs. But then there's a huge portion of my life, a 10-year span, where there's nothing - I didn't need it."

Bullock and James gained temporary full custody for the child when Lindemulder served her six-month sentence and are fighting to make the order permanent.
