Mini-Me Verne Troyer a Big-Time Stalker?

Forget H1NI, there must be a restraining order/stalker pandemic.

First Justin Timberlake, then Ryan Seacrest, now mini-me Vernon Troyer's ex-girlfriend is seeking a restraining order.

Troyer's ex-girlfriend, model Yvette Monet, was granted a temporary restraining order against the Austin Powers star Oct. 1, and Troyer is denying all allegations.

The restraining order will remain in place until Dec. 2, 2009 and can only be extended following a hearing in front of a judge.

In the order, Monet claimed she was scared of for her life, as Troyer sent her nonstop text messages, calls and e-mails. Monet claimed Troyer threatened her, telling her she'd better watch herself.

In an interview with E! News, Ed McPherson, Troyer's attorney said, "She's terrified of this guy who's 2 feet 8 inches tall?"

Well, apparently so.

The 40-year-old actor is no stranger to relationships being taken to the courtroom. His ex, Ranae Shrider, moved out after their sex tape was leaked and prompted Troyer to file a $20 million lawsuit against her, according to E! Online.
