Hailey Glassman Faces Subpoenae In Gosselin Suit
Jon Gosselin's circle of friends will testify in court
According to court papers in a breach of contract lawsuit filed again Jon Gosselin, TLC plans to subpoena girlfriend Hailey Glassman, 22, and friend Michael Lohan, 49.
The network has also filed motions that have been granted by Maryland's Circuit Court of Montgomery County for Gosselin's lawyer Mark Heller, manager Michael Heller, talent rep Matthew Kirschner and bodyguard Thomas Meinelt to testify.
TLC sued Gosselin in Oct. for making paid and unpaid television appearances without their permission. The appearance of Gosselin and his lawyer on "Larry King Live" without TLC's permission is one of the reasons the network is taking legal action, along with Gosselin's media tour declaring he wanted to "pull his kids off of television,".
Mark Heller said the suit was "baseless" and that the network "exploited, manipulated and abused the Gosselins' vulnerability and financial hardship."
Publicly, Lohan has stated he and Jon were working on a reality show called "The Divorced Dads Club".
