Rihanna Speaks Out on Her Assault
On the morning of November 5, pop singer Rihanna spilled all the details to Diane Sawyer on "Good Morning America" about the disastrous night upon which she was beaten to a bloody pulp and her home life in the Barbados.
In the interview, the performer revealed that she felt "embarrassed" to love someone who would physically abuse her. Fans have been reacting to her public discussion on MTV News Johanna, 21, was affected positively about what Rihanna had to say on the show. She said, "I think she's proved that she's a strong, independent woman by handling this very maturely, even though she's very young."
According to Ballerstatus.com, Rihanna addressed her fans on a more heartfelt note, getting emotional when she spoke of her realization of the impact she has on young girls and how she was setting a dangerous example by going back to him after the abuse.
