Chris Brown Apologizes to Fans in MTV News Interview with Sway
Ever since the shocking news of Chris Brown and Rihanna's violent domestic dispute broke in February, Brown has made several low-key public appearances where he has apologized but remained relatively vague about circumstances surrounding the situation that occurred. As a result of his refusal to avoid potentially implicating questions and failure to elaborate on his side of the story, many fans have questioned the sincerity and legitimacy of his apologies.
However, the popular R&B singer conducted a tell-all interview with Sway Calloway that is scheduled to air for the first time tonight on MTV. On several occasions during the interview, Brown expressed his remorse for his actions as well as his goal to learn from his mistakes and become a better person in the long run.
An excerpt from tonight's interview that exemplifies Brown's long-term aspirations reads, "It's like, 'How do we get past it? How do you, Chris (talking to himself) how do you go from point A to point B?' How do you learn from your mistakes, turn it into a positive and help other people with the situation, and at the end of the day, become the person that you want to be?"
Songs from Chris Brown's upcoming solo album entitled "Graffiti" have already been leaked on the internet including tracks such as "Crawl" and "So Cold", which appears to be dedicated to his former girlfriend, Rihanna. A video has already been released for the album's debut single, "I Can Transform Ya" featuring Lil' Wayne and Swizz Beatz.
