James wants Bullock left out of battle with ex-wife
After weeks of discussion from ex-wife and porn star Janine Lindemulder about her custody battle, even appearing on "Good Morning America", Jesse James is finally breaking his silence.
The two are in a legal battle involving the custody of their daughter. James current wife is actress Sandra Bullock who has been dragged into the dispute by remarks made by Lindemulder. Bullock is accused of calling Lindenmulder an unfit mother, and she told "Good Morning America" that she is hurt by the accusations. The accusation she is talking about is her on and off again drug use.
Bullock said that she and her husband have an open door policy and are more then willing to help Lindenmulder with her drug problem. Now, James is stepping in and asking that Bullock not be dragged into this mess regarding remarks made by his former wife.
James's attorney stated that "Sandra Bullock is not a party to this litigation. Mr. James's sole concern is for the safety, welfare and best interests of his daughter. The proper forum to resolve this case is in the courtroom" according to ABCNews.com.
