The Jacksons: A Family Dynasty" to premiere on December 13
On Sunday December 13, A&E will be airing a one hour back to back reality show starting a 9 pm.
According to a press release from A&E network, the show will be a "reality series following the lives of Michael Jackson's brothers Jackie, Jermaine, Tito and Marlon as they prepare for a Jackson Five reunion, while also coming to terms with Michael's tragic loss. Footage will include the brothers' rehearsals for the 40th anniversary concert and the recording of vocals for a song from the Michael Jackson's This Is It soundtrack" as reported on EntertainmentWeekly.com.
After the show's premiere, it will return to its regular time slot of 10 pm starting December 20. Not only are brothers Tito, Jackie, Jermaine, and Marlon Jackson the stars of the show but they are also the executive producers.
Filming for the show began nearly a year ago, "which focuses on the siblings and their respective families. It was shelved after Michael scuttled a proposed Jacksons reunion concert. It was the singer's shocking death in June that sparked renewed interest. Producers scrambled to retool the series to include the family's reactions to Michael's passing" according to E!Online.com.
