Conan O'Brien had to apologize publicly to Levi Johnston for a skit from his talk show poking fun at him. According to CBS News, O'Brien and actor William Shatner did a dramatic reading of Johnston's Twitter account, which included comments about drugs and jokes about foreign cab drivers.
The twist came about when it was revealed that Johnston doesn't have a Twitter account! According to Actress Archives, Johnston's lawyer Rex Butler demanded NBC to retract the comments or he would file a lawsuit.
Apparently, there had been an imposter posting tweets in Johnston's name. O'Brien apologized the next night on his show for the misrepresentation.
