Hailey Glassman Will be Forced to Tell Truth About Jon

Soon, many of those who know him best will be forced to tell “the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth,“ about Jon Gosselin.
Hailey Glassman may be forced to betray her man, as she has been subpoenaed to testify against Jon Gosselin.
TLC is pulling out all the stops to prosecute the soon-to-be-divorced dad for his supposed breach of contract. The network filed motions to allow those closest to Gosselin to be called as witnesses.
The Maryland Circuit Court of Montgomery County granted these motions. In addition to Glassman, friend Michael Lohan, lawyer Mark Heller, manager Michael Heller, bodyguard Thomas Meinelt, and talent representative Matthew Kirschner will now take the stand during the trial, according to People.
In October, TLC sued Gosselin for breach of contract, citing various cases in which he appeared on television programs, oftentimes for pay, without first receiving permission from the network.
Soon after TLC filed suit, Mark Heller reacted strongly on the side of his client, claiming that the network “exploited, manipulated and abused Gosselin’s vulnerability and financial hardship.”
In the midst of this serious legal matter, Jon is also still battling with Kate in divorce proceedings.
