Lohans Duke it Out

Lindsay Lohan is pleading with her public to disregard all of the accusations her father has been feeding the media about her health.

Michael Lohan has told everyone who will listen that his daughter desperately needs to check into rehab. In response, Lindsay twittered, "Better to not even mention his name. He's a deadbeat dad. He's disgusting to do this. He doesn't deserve attention. He needs help," reports Digitalspy.com

There's a deeper side to this all out Twitter war, however. According to The Examiner, Lindsay Lohan has actually filed a restraining order against her dear old dad for allegedly trying to kill her mother.
