Aerosmith lead singer may leave band
In less than a year, Aerosmith will be celebrating their 40 anniversary. The only bad news is that their front man Steven Tyler might leave the band before the celebration.
The reason for Tyler's possible departure from the band is due to his desire to pursue a solo career. He said that he is not sure what the next step is but it's definitely going to be about him.
According to FoxNews.com, "Aerosmith is planning to meet without Tyler to discuss possibly replacing him or going on a long hiatus." Also Guitarist Brad Whitford said "Tyler leaves big shoes to fill and that no one could imitate him. But, if somebody was willing to do it and the chemistry was right, why not?"
Aerosmith formed in 1970 and have released 14 albums over their soon to be forty years together. Some of their hits include "Dream On", "Walk This Way", and "Living on the Edge."
