Kristen Stewart Praises Twilight Co-Star Taylor Lautner

With the "Twilight: New Moon" promotional tour in full effect, stars of the film have been in the media spotlight more than ever over the past few days. The film's lead actress, Kristen Stewart, provided a comment about her "New Moon" co-star Taylor Lautner and gave him a ringing endorsement not only as an actor but also as a person. She discussed his transformation from the first "Twilight" film when he was a 17-year-old teen to "New Moon" where he now finds himself as a grown man at 19 years of age.

In a comment given to the media at a "New Moon" press conference, Stewart said, "He's literally become a different person. He's just grown up. He's so confident and the nicest guy that I've ever met. I know that I'm using this grammatically incorrect but he's the funnest guy I've ever hung out with. So he's great. I'm so proud of him."

According to People.com, Lautner's new physique is attributed to his implementation of a 3,200 calorie per day diet as well as a consistent five days a week workout regimen. He has been in the media spotlight as of late due to a rumored romance with country music superstar Taylor Swift, who all but confirmed that they are an item during her opening monologue on Saturday Night Live.
