Levi Johnston wants joint custody

It has been especially difficult for Levi Johnston to see his son, as the family of Bristol Palin, his former fiance, keeps him away.

This is not his first complaint against the family, leaving the 19-year-old demanding joint custory.

"At the end of the month I'm going to file for joint custody of Tripp," he said Monday on "The Insider." "Not working. I'm done. It's going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge."

He also told CBS's "The Early Show" Sarah Palin, referred to his 10-month old son, Tripp,who has Down syndrome, as retarded. Palin denied the allegations.
