Taylor Lautner Has Abs of Steel for a Reason

We've all become used to seeing clips of Taylor Lautner flashing his abs around town like a detective flashes their badge. However, Lautner claims that he has a motive behind his more than welcome partial nudity in The Twilight Saga: New Moon.

Lautner plays a werewolf in the new Twilight installment out later this month, and for those not up to speed on the book, he and his pack of wolves lose their clothes when they transform from human to wolf. Lautner told eonline.com that, "We have to go find our clothes. And we're hot, we're 108 degrees. So it's not like we're randomly taking our shirts off for no reason."

Finding his clothes and operating at a body temperature of 108 degrees may be a legitimate reason to shed his shirt for the movie, but for tweens and teens across the globe, perhaps he could misplace his shirt more often?
