Controversial Beauty Contestant Prejean Admits Existence of Sex Tape

The former Miss California USA, who is claiming that there has been a campaign against her to try and silence her, admits that she made a sex tape with an ex-boyfriend a few years ago

The beauty contestant who gave a controversial response to a same-sex marriage question at the 2009 Miss USA Pageant, former Miss California USA Carrie Prejean, has confirmed rumors that a sex tape involving her ex-boyfriend and herself does in fact exist. According to TMZ.com, Prejean continues to point the finger at everyone else and develop conspiracy theories as opposed to simply taking accountability for her actions.

Prejean appeared on NBC's "Today Show" this morning to claim that the sex tape scandal is the latest aspect of a campaign that has been run to try and keep her silent over the past seven months. During her interview with "Today Show" host Meredith Vieira, Prejean expressed her belief that people are continuously attempting to humiliate and embarrass her as vengeance for her candid opinion about same-sex marriage during the 2009 Miss USA Pageant.

An excerpt from Prejean's memoirs, which are entitled "Still Standing: The Untold Story of My Fight Against Gossip, Hate and Political Attacks", reads, "It's a sad fact of life, but I knew political correctness was powerful enough to deny me the opportunity to be Miss USA. As painful as losing is, especially for a competitor like me, I could live with that because the crown was not worth winning if it meant compromising my beliefs."
