The Jon and Kate Gosselin Divorce Drama Continues in Court

Kate Gosselin has appeared on "The Today Show" and "The View" to express her displeasure and sadness of the fact that her estranged husband, Jon Gosselin, raided their joint bank account last month

The fallout of the broken relationship between Jon Gosselin and his estranged wife, Kate Gosselin, has become more chaotic than ever before. Kate Gosselin appeared on "The Today Show" and "The View" to complain and express her displeasure over the fact that her soon-to-be ex-husband Jon removed hundreds of thousands of dollars from the couple's joint bank account in early October.

People.com is reporting that the lawyers who are representing each client are expecting a ruling on the money issue at some point in the immediate future since Kate's attorney, Marty Singer, filed a motion requesting that the court hold Jon Gosselin in contempt for removing finances from a joint account without his estranged wife's consent.

After she initially found out that Jon had removed $200,000 from their joint back account, Kate Gosselin described her emotions to People.com by saying, "When I found out about the money, I sat in the parking lot and sobbed until I thought I was going to pass out."

It was also well-documented that filming for TLC's "Kate Plus Eight" reality show was put to a screeching halt by Jon Gosselin after he petitioned for a 90-day suspension of scheduled divorce proceedings as a result of his motivation to have his eight children removed from television.

The media has been speculating that Jon Gosselin tried to stop the filming of "Kate Plus Eight" out of jealousy that he was no longer on the show as opposed to his reasoning that he believed the show was detrimental for the development of his children.
