Kim Kardashian Wears Prosthetic Face for E!'s "Secret Celebrity"

When model and reality television star Kim Kardashian is seen in public, she is used to receiving plenty of attention as a result of her looks. However, the 29-year-old star managed to turn people's heads and generate an unfamiliar reaction to her looks during filming for her appearance on E!'s new "Secret Celebrity" television show.

Kardashian went to specialists in order to have her face molded so that they could create prosthetic cheeks, a prosthetic neck and a prosthetic nose put on, according to her blog.

She described how talented the specialists were that provided her with prosthetic features for her special guest appearance on "Secret Celebrity" on her Celebuzz blog, saying, "Check out the place I went to! They have made casts of everyone from Tom Cruise to Angelina [Jolie] for movies!

"It was so surreal seeing all these famous movie stars' faces on the wall!! Kind of scary, huh? I look like a completely different person!"

The 29-year-old reality star did not reveal specific details about how her appearance on E!'s new show went but the show's premise is to make celebrities appear unrecognizable so that they can have fun with their newfound anonymous persona amongst groups of unknowing fans. However, Kardashian did reveal that her character's name was Cynthia and that her inspiration for choosing that name was her cousin, who is named Cici.
