Carrie Prejean Throws Temper Tantrum on CNN's "Larry King Live"

The former Miss California pageant contestant appeared on "Larry King Live" and ridiculed the talk show host for acting inappropriately

Former Miss California pageant contestant Carrie Prejean made an appearance on CNN's "Larry King Live" in an attempt to promote the release of her new book entitled "Still Standing" on Wednesday night. When she was introduced to the viewing audience, Prejean smiled brightly into the camera and held her book up to display it and get in a plug for it. However, her smile disappeared by the end of her interview two minutes later and it was replaced by a glare that was directed towards Larry King.

During the interviewed segment of the talk show, King asked the controversial former pageant contestant to elaborate on her legal settlement and he clarified that he was not asking her to reveal the terms of the settlement. However, Prejean reacted by saying, "You know what Larry, Larry, everything that was discussed in mediation is confidential. I'll say it again; I'm not going to be able to talk about that."

When King pressed for information, Prejean continuously responded by clarifying that the information from the legal settlement was completely confidential. The former pageant contestant then ridiculed the talk show host, condemning him for being inappropriate, and proceeded to throw a temper tantrum on the set by removing her microphone and appeared to attempt to storm off of the show in protest.

The seemingly confused Prejean simply sat in her chair without the use of her microphone and continued to berate King by describing his conduct as inappropriate. However, all that the talk show host asked her to elaborate on was what ultimately motivated the legal settlement.
