Lindsay Lohan: Dad's A "Lunatic"

Lohan blasts her father on Twitter, after reports of him wanting guardianship of her.

He's offering an entertainment television show taped conversations, between he and his ex-wife, about Lohan's welfare.

"My father is a lunatic and doesn't even deserve such a title since he's never been around in my life other than when he'd threaten me and my family," Lohan tweeted. "He should be where he has always put himself after verbally and physically abusing people all my life, behind bars."

"It's so sad to get a phone call from my baby sister asking, 'Why is daddy doing this?'

Lohan complains that her father crosses the line, and hurts her. Also, he punishes the whole family.

Lindsay plans to stop her father from making the taped conversations public.

She has an order of protection and stated he was violating it.

Her attorney sent him a cease and desist letter, and a copy of the order of protection.
