Palin admits she was shocked by daughters pregnancy

Former governor of Alaska and former vice presidential candidate, Sarah Palin recently sat down with Barbara Walters.

The interview is set to air Tuesday on "Good Morning America" and also will be shown Friday night on ABC's "20/20", "World News", and "Nightline."

In the interview, "Palin talks about her public life and political aspirations during the 2008 presidential election," according to People.com.

On the same day as the interview on "GMA", Sarah Palin's highly anticipated book "Going Rouge: An American Life" is released.

Palin also discusses with Walters how she was shocked when she found out her daughter Bristol was pregnant, she did not even know she was having sex.

In an except from Palin's book she reveals, "truthfully, I was devastated for my daughter. It wasn't the morality of the situation--what was done was done. It was that I saw her future change in an instant," as reported on MSNBC.com.
