Nicole Richie hospitalized for pneumonia

Nicole Richie has been hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA due to pneumonia. MTV News reported that Richie had been ill in court on Monday when she was testifying against two paparazzi who have been stalking her and caused her to get in a car accident.

Richie had to skip the launch of her new jewelry line House of Harlow at Bebe, which had been scheduled to be on Nov. 10, because she'd been feeling poorly. She had also tweeted over the weekend that she had been sick for a few days.

The Associated Press reported that a representative for Richie said the socialite is doing well.
