Gosselin's ex-girlfriend to sue

Jon Gosselin has frequented the courts on a regular basis as of lately. But now someone other than his soon to be ex-wife may be putting him to the test this time. Gosselin's ex-girlfriend and employee Kate Major may sue him for failing to honor a business contract.

According to Radar Online, the two had a handwritten contract where Gosselin hired Major, former employee of the Star magazinen, as his personal assistant.

Only now Major claims that Gosselin failed to honor the contract, and may sue.
