Leighton Meester has not Found Somebody to Love

Actress-turned-singer Leighton Meester may sing about love and heartbreak, but the truth is, she "always resists falling in love," she told People Magazine .

Meester just can't seem to stay interested in any guy she's dating. And not only that, she says she would rather forget her ex-boyfriends, and that she does not keep in contact with any of them. "Honestly, I've hated every boyfriend I've ever had," she says.

Although she may not be as lucky in the love department in real life as she is on "Gossip Girl," but the real-life relationships and break-ups do give Meester material for her music. Her first CD, "Somebody To Love," included some very emotional tracks.

Meester says her inspiration comes from her life, she sings what she knows, and what she knows are her relationships and how they ended.

Although she may seem pessimistic about love, Meester is still looking out for the one.
