Eddie Cibrian sues "Life and Style" for "Eddie Is Cheating on LeAnn Already" story.
LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian have a very public dinner at West Hollywood's Katsuya restaurant



"Life & Style weekly" will be hearing from Eddie Cibrian's lawyer, as the "CSI" star is suing the popular magazine after it published an article, titled "Eddie Is Cheating on LeAnn Already."

According to TMZ, Cibrian is asking for more than $1 million because he claims the article may "falsely portray [him] as being unfaithful to Ms. Rimes, as currently being in a romantic relationship with Ms. Jancan, and as having abandoned his children."

Cibrian is currently going through a nasty divorce with his current wife, Brandi Glanville. According to E!, Glanville is requesting that Cibrian pay her $49,000 a month in spousal support – which includes all the essentials like "$3,000 in clothes."

So, it looks like Eddie may need that settlement money pretty badly.
