Gosselin Divorce Almost Final

On Saturday, Jon and Kate Gosselin, popular reality television stars of the show, "Jon and Kate plus 8," which chronicles their lives raising twins and sextuplets, went to court to discuss who would get primary custody of their children.

It was no secret that Jon wanted Kate to have primary custody of the eight children in the arbitration meeting. However, maybe the biggest issue for Jon, the money, will be handled and decided in 30 days from the court. The other main issue within the divorce is the child support. In Pennsylvania, most of the time couples get equitable division of the property but it is not always a clean division in half.

Sources are saying that neither Jon nor Kate asked for spousal support but there was a big debate over how assets should be divided.

Fortunately, everything got handled in one day of arbitration and both Jon and Kate testified.
