Heidi Klum Now Heidi Samuel
Model Heidi Klum has officially taken husband Seal's last name, Samuel.
Well hello, Mrs. Samuel.
A Los Angeles commissioner made it official and approved supermodel Heidi Klum's request to take on husband Seal's last name on Friday, People.com reports.
The "Project Runway" host finally filed the paperwork to change her name in October, citing "marriage" as the reason for the change, according to New York Daily News' Web site.
Klum, 36, has been married to her singer/songwriter hubby, 46, (whose full name is Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel) for four years. The couple wed on the beach in Mexico.
Klum recently gave birth to her fourth child, daughter Lou, last month. Klum and Seal also have two sons, Henry, 3, and Johan, 2. Klum also has another daughter, Leni, 5, with her ex Flavio Briatore.
