J.Lo Says Fall Was Intentional
So, you know how Jennifer Lopez fell during her comeback performance last night at the American Music Awards?
She totally meant to do that. Okay, well, probably not, but that's what Ms. Lopez told radio host Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show the day after the slip, People.com reports.
"Did I trip a little bit? I don't even remember," Lopez, 40, joked on Monday morning. "Yeah, I meant to do that. That was part of the choreography."
Ironically, Jennifer Lopez was performing her newest song titled "Louboutin" from her album "Love?" What are the chances she'd be singing a song named after a prominent high-heeled shoe designer and midway through her performance, attempts a dramatic move, jumps off the back of one of her dancers, but it ends up flat on her backside?
Lopez shouldn't feel bad though; plenty of divas take a dive. Beyonce tumbled down 12 steps during a concert in Orlando in 2007, and Mariah Carey took quite the trip while making an appearance on the Jay Leno show a few weeks ago.
