'New Moon' Takes the Lead Turkey Weekend

New Moon continues to rock the box office as well as "The Blind Side" as well as speculation of two "Breaking Dawn" films!

Even though people were busy eating turkey and spending quality family time together, they must have done it at the movies this weekend because "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" finished first at the box office with Sandra Bullock's "The Blind Side" at a second place finish.

Although it was not a new movie, "The Blind Side" had a close second place finish at the box office and almost staged an upset against "Twilight." Perhaps it was the fact that adults and families were off for the break, but "The Blind Side" has grossed about $100.3 million.

In more recent news, there is speculation that Summit Entertainment may make the last of the Twilight Saga, "Breaking Dawn," into two movies. After "Eclipse" comes out, they may want to continue to cash in on the series for as long as possible, so why not make the finale into two films. It seems to be working for "Harry Potter," but can they keep their fan base going for another film?
