Paramore and Weezer to Headline Bamboozle Festival

The two-day Bamboozle Festival has announced its headlining acts for the east coast dates in 2010. Paramore will headline May 1 and Weezer May 2 at the New Meadowland Stadium in Rutherford, NJ. More acts to follow.

The Bamboozle stage has been a sure thing for Paramore since playing the premiere festival in 2005. The band has rocked both coasts as support lineup and in 2008 shared the headlining bill with My Chemical Romance and The All American Rejects for Bamboozle Left which has evolved into Bamboozle California. Weezer, out in support of "Raditude," are Bamboozle virgins.

Last year's headliners featured No Doubt and Fall Out Boy with various artists such as Gwar, Cage the Elephant, Boys Like Girls, comedian Zach Galifianakis, Care Bears on Fire and HorrorPops.

No word yet on a Bamboozle California's line up, taking place in Anaheim on March 28th and 29th. As with all Bamboozle Festivals, it's a rain or shine event.
