James Caan's Wife Filed for Full Custody of Their Children

James Caan's wife wants physical custody of their children, reported TMZ.

James's wife, soon-to-be ex-wife Linda Caan, filed documents to the Los Angeles County Superior Court claiming she wants full custody of her children, spousal support and payment for her attorney's fees.

On the documents filed by Linda she asked for full custody of their two children but joint legal custody.

James filed for divorce from Linda on Nov. 19, claiming irreconcilable differences, making this the second time he filed for divorce.

In 2005, James filed for divorce from Linda, stating irreconcilable differences, but a month later called it off, saying they worked out their differences.

James has been married four times, and has five children. Two of his minor children he had with Linda; James Arthur Caan, who is 14 years old, and Jacob Nicholas Caan, 11 years old.

James Caan is mostly known for his roles in "The Godfather," as Sonny Corleone, and most recently for his roles in "Elf" and "Get Smart."
