Professor Trump Lectures Real Estate
15-Sep-2005
Written by: Jaimie E. Gusman
The perfect person to go for money advice, Donald Trump, had his first online lecture that thousands of people heard over the web.
Donald Trump gave his first online lecture on deal-making yesterday to over 2,000 people from around the world who logged on to his Trump University Web site and paid $249.
Trump gave online students advice on money-making maxims, as well as advice on the economy. He also said if the real estate market crashed, he would be delighted. “Then people like me would go in and buy like crazy,” Trump said. "I know people who are going to New Orleans, who want to take advantage. “I don't think it's a nice thing to do,” he added.
When a student asked Trump whether he preferred stocks over real estate as an investment, the money-making mogul said he prefers property.
