Anna Nicole Goes to Supreme Court
Trimspa spokesperson and reality star Anna Nicole Smith is taking her case to the Supreme Court. Smith is looking to get her hands on her late husband's billion dollar estate.
In 1994, Smith married oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II when he was 89-years-old. Marshall died a year later.
Marshall's son, E. Pierce Marshall, tried to keep his father's estate from Smith, but in 2002, a California court ruled in favor of the former Playboy Playmate. She was given $88.6 million because of her stepson's deception. A Texas court later overturned the ruling and gave E. Pierce Marshall the estate because Smith was not named in the will. Smith appealed, but was denied in February. Smith is now getting another chance when her case hits the Supreme Court in January.
