Oh Boy George! Another Drug Charge
Culture Club singer Boy George was caught with over five grams of cocaine on Friday.
80's singer Boy George was caught with five grams of cocaine in his New York apartment. The "Karma Chameleon" singer was charged with fourth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. The cocaine was uncovered when he called the police on Friday to report a burglary in his apartment. When the police arrived, they found cocaine near his computer. The Culture Club singer, whose real name is George O'Dowd, was released without bail early Saturday morning. The drug charge could have him face up to fifteen years in prison.
In 1984, Boy George was convicted of heroin possession which was the demise of the Culture Club.
