Paris Hilton was subpoenaed for being a witness to a case.
Hotel Heiress Paris Hilton was subpoenaed to court for being a witness to a case involving the attempted kidnapping of Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis. Darnell Riley is being accused of burglary, robbery, kidnapping, and carjacking for the incident that occurred on January 22, 2004. Riley is pleading not guilty. Hilton is being called to court because one of his friends allegedly told her about Riley's participation. Hilton's spokesperson said Hilton will abide by with the law, but he doesn't think that she will make any difference in the case.
