Judge Shows Courtney Love Some Love

Rocker Courtney Love is out of her live-in rehab facility. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Rand Rubin ruled that the 41-year-old singer can now be part of the out patient program. He was impressed by Love's progress reports and hopes that she will continue to improve. As part of the out patient program, Love will still have to abide by certain rules. She has a curfew of 10pm and must not go anywhere that alcohol is the main thing served, such as bars and nightclubs, for the rest of her sentence. She is only allowed to leave her house for special reasons like seeing her probation officer or going to the doctor. She will be checked twice a week for drugs and alcohol. She will also have to continue her counseling and therapy. Her probation will continue until March 2007.
