Linz Family Wins an Amazing Race

After twenty-five days of racing around North America, the Linz family crossed the finish line first. The family from Cincinnati consists of siblings Nick, Alex, Tommy and Megan. The Linzs took home the $1 million grand prize, beating out ten other families in Amazing Race 8. The Bransen family from Park Ridge, IL came in second, followed by the Weavers from Ormond Beach, FL. The Linzs said they plan on giving half of the prize money to their parents and will split the rest with the seven siblings. The race started in New York City and ended in Lewiston, NY after traveling through fifty cities.
