Axl Rose is targeting a Beverly Hills auto dealership for allegedly failing to fulfill an oral contract. Rose claims he paid the dealership a deposit of $20,000 to deliver a 2004 Lamborghini Gallardo and a 2005 Porsche GT3. Rose also claims that the dealer failed to pay Rose $135,000 for selling his Ferrari Marinello on consignment. The owners of the cars were unavailable for comment. Rose was the front man for the largely-evaporated rock band "Guns N' Roses". The band disintegrated after the feud between leads Axl and Slash, who still do not talk.
