Investigators and autopsy findings have found no trace of foul play in the death of 40-year-old actor Chris Penn. "It appears to be a natural death," Lt Cheryl MacWillie said. "He died in bed." Some attribute the death to Penn's size, which was over 270 pounds. Penn's body was found by a housekeeper in his Santa Monica home. Lieutenant Frank Fabrega of the LAPD has stated that the death is not being investigated as a homicide. Penn was famous for his portrayal of Willard in "Footloose," as well as Nice Guy Eddie in the Tarantino cult hit "Reservoir Dogs." His brother is Sean Penn.
