Robin Williams Getting Presidential
Williams will play Teddy Roosevelt in a new CGI comedy.
He'll have to walk softly and carry a big stick.
Comic actor Robin Williams (last heard from as the voice of Fender in the computer-animated "Robots") will appear as Teddy Roosevelt in the Ben Stiller comedy "Night at the Museum" (20th Century Fox).
Stiller stars as a night watchman who accidentally awakes the exhibits at the museum where he works, one of which is Roosevelt, who founded New York's American Museum of Natural History. Mickey Rooney, Carla Gugino and Dick Van Dyke will costar.
Miramax just bought Williams' drama "The Night Listener" at the Sundance Film Festival; Williams will appear in Sony's comedy "RV" in April.
