Hilton Slapped with a Restraining Order

Party planner Brian Quintana should not be seeing much of Paris Hilton anymore. A Los Angeles Supreme Court judge issued a restraining order against her on Tuesday. Quintana claims that the hotel heiress shoved him three times, made threatening phone calls, and told his clients not to do business with him. Hilton also allegedly called him a "lazy Mexican." The court documents accused Hilton of having "a drug and alcohol problem, some rather shady associates, and is known for erratic behavior."Hilton did not show up in court for the proceeding. Her spokesperson Elliot Mintz said, "I've known Paris and worked with her, and the kind of person that was described on the stand this afternoon doesn't resemble the woman that I know."
