Prince Sued for his Purple Rein

Prince is being sued by his landlord for painting his home purple.

Prince is being sued by his landlord, Utah Jazz forward Carlos Boozer, for re-painting his house. According to the suit, Prince painted the title of his new album "3121," his symbol, and purple stripes on the outside of the house. The musician also installed purple monogrammed carpet in the master bedroom, put black carpet in the downstairs guest room, and installed piping and plumbing in the downstairs bedroom.

Prince's lawyers countersued saying that Boozer collected the $70,000 a month rent without any complaints. The lease on the house is said to be up on May 31.
