George Michael Blames Elton John For Negative Press

Looks like there's some bad "Faith" on the British pop scene.

George Michael has reunited his long-standing feud with Elton John by calling John responsible for his negative image in the media.

Michael, who's had a rocky year after being booked on drug charges and more recently getting into a car accident involving three parked cars, said John started speculations that he couldn't keep his life on track.

Michael claims a John statement from December 2004 that the former Wham! singer was "in a strange place" only fed the rumor mill that had long set the two singers at loggerheads.

Then again, John's career is definitely trumping Michael's right now. Is that a green-eyed monster we see?
