Omarosa Goes Under The Knife

She may be rude, but at least she's honest... about her plastic surgery.

She may be known as the meanest would-be "Apprentice" ever, but Omarosa Manigault wants the world to know she's also all woman.

That's why she apparently went to Entertainment Tonight to share all the details about her new breast implants.

Manigault, who topped a "TV Guide" poll for the most hated reality TV figure and has done a stint on VH-1's "Surreal Life," said she's from the "Joan Rivers school" of plastic surgery -- and that's why she doesn't mind the world knowing she went from an A to a D-cup, thanks to a Newport Beach surgeon.

"I have a very muscular body but I wanted to soften my look, I wanted to grow into that woman," Omarosa said. "I think puberty kind of passed me by."

And her website, Omarosa.com, shows off her new silhouette, and her upcoming debut in a short film called "Soul Sistahs."
