David Blaine Out of Hospital
New York's own "Bubble Boy" is hurting, but not as badly as expected.
The pruny fingers were the least of his worries.
Magician David Blaine was released from the hospital today after suffering liver failure as a result of his eight-day stint underwater.
Blaine also has rashes and a "pins and needles" feeling in his hands and feet as a result of the stunt, which took place outside of New York's Lincoln Center this past week. His on-site team reportedly started to see physical damage as early as the second day of the stunt, but he refused to be pulled out.
The magician thanked his fans for their support, but has not yet promised not to do any more crazy things in the near future.
