Pitt and Jolie to give baby pic money to charity

Brad Pitt also manages to diss the paparazzi. I like his style.
Brad Pitt has defended the sale of photos of his new daughter, insisting the money will be given to charity.
Pitt and Angelina Jolie sold pictures of Shiloh Nouvel to People magazine for $4 million, sparking criticism of the exorbitant price. Pitt, however, has told Newsweek magazine: “Knowing that someone was going to hound us for that first photo – and was going to profit immensely for doing it – I just couldn’t live with it. We were able to turn that around and collect millions for people who are really going to need it.” This comes not long after Jolie told Anderson Cooper that she gives a large portion of her income to charity.
To some degree, Pitt also considers it a dig against the paparazzi, adding that “It’s the first time [he’s] actually felt like [they] have some degree of control over” the attention they have received from the media.
